Анотація
Cruise transportation is a field of tourism that has been actively developing in recent years, and innovations in this field can contribute to the comfortable rest of tourists, increase the safety of passengers, reduce the negative impact on the environment, and increase the efficiency of the services provided. The intensity of the passenger transport market development, the increase in the size of passenger ships, competition from other types of tourism forces shipping companies to look for innovative ways of developing and forming an innovative tourist product, and also draws the attention of scientists to modern problems of the industry.
Cruise tourism continues to gain popularity among travelers around the world. This type of tourism offers a unique experience that includes a forms variety of recreation and leisure. It not only allows you to visit different countries and cities, but also provides comfort and convenience while traveling.
Cruise tourism is a unique segment of the tourism industry, which differs from others in specific features of the provision and use of services, as well as travel organization. As an innovative field in tourism, cruise tourism has great potential for development and growth.
The topic of innovations in marine passenger cruises is relevant and important in the context for the strategic development of the tourism industry. Innovations in cruise tourism are necessary to ensure competitiveness and compliance with modern market requirements, as well as to ensure passenger satisfaction with the level of service and increase the profit of cruise companies. Over the last decades, the cruise industry has shown significant development due to the growth in the number of passengers and cruise ships.
The article researches the trends that will shape the cruise industry over the next decade and that must be taken into account when introducing innovations in the cruise business, the types of innovations in passenger cruise transportation are highlighted, and their characteristics are provided.
